Fishing SD and "The Rudd"

It was a lot of driving and a lot of fishing in the eastern SD Prairie Pothole region this weekend.  With all the reports of the state record fish being caught, I thought I would try my hand and hit up a handful of lakes.  I talk with Byran Blackwell from the Webster fisheries about one record fish that we would rather not see.
